We insist on compliance with all the relevant standards. Our employees serve on various national and international (european) standardisation working groups (including SIA, DIN, EHI and REHVA). This helps us to ensure that we meet all our customers’ quality requirements, both today and in the future, and that these requirements become europe-wide, international standards .
Zehnder Group operates its own testing and development centre in Switzerland – a unique asset for perfecting radiator technology and performance.
Zehnder Group was the first in the radiator sector to set up a fully automated testing lab where radiator performance is measured with an accuracy usually reserved for EU test labs, accredited to Notified Bodies.
In addition, Zehnder Group has a laboratory (bi-climatic testing unit) for testing electric radiators at its site in Vaux-Andigny.
To ensure the quality of its products at all times, the Zehnder Group introduced a new quality organisation tailored to its demanding needs in January 2020 (PPAP: Production Part Approval Process)
